I ended up getting my Trek bike and I’m really happy with the bike itself. It rides smoothly, feels sturdy, and so far it seems like a solid purchase. The website was fine for basic browsing, but if you’re trying to compare sizes or figure out delivery details, it can get a little frustrating. The shipping updates were also slower than I expected, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on. If you already know exactly what you want, it’s probably not a big deal, but for someone still deciding, the ordering process could be easier. I’d likely buy from them again, mostly because I like the bike, but I do hope they improve the website and updates.

I got my Trek e-bike a few weeks ago and the battery has been better than I thought. I ride it to work and back and still have plenty left when I get home. so far, no complaints at all

I ordered from trekbikes.com and, believe it or not, the communication was actually clear the whole way through. I got emails when the order was placed, when it shipped, and even what to expect next, which apparently isn’t too much to ask after all. Nothing was confusing or annoying to figure out. I had one small question and the reply was simple and helpful, so that was a pleasant little surprise. Overall, smooth experience.

I ordered through trekbikes and picked it up at my local dealer. The staff there were really friendly and took the time to adjust the seat and brakes for me, which I appreciated. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I expected to be ready. Still, I’m happy with the bike overall and would recommend it if you don’t mind a bit of a wait.

I ended up having to return a helmet I ordered from Electra because it just didn’t sit right on my head, even after I messed with the straps for like 10 minutes in front of the hallway mirror. The return process itself was painless though. The page was easy to follow, and I was able to get the shipping label without calling or chatting with anyone, which I appreciated because I was trying to get it done before dinner. Only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the refund took a little longer than I expected. It was about a week after they received the helmet back before the money showed up. Not the end of the world, but a quicker update would’ve been nice. Overall, everything went fine and I’d still order from them again...

The bike itself is fine, no real complaints there. But dealing with the warranty claim was a pain. It took weeks, and they kept asking me for the same photos over and over. After a while, it really started to feel like they were just trying to avoid helping me instead of actually sorting it out.

The items matched the description and were okay overall, so there wasn’t anything majorly wrong. That said, the experience felt average, and I was expecting a little more for what I paid. I’d appreciate it if the seller could offer some kind of compensation or goodwill gesture.

This was way lighter than I expected. I picked it up and was like, oh, that’s actually kind of nice. Not sure why I was prepared for something bulky, but yeah, pleasantly surprised. It feels almost too light at first, but in a good way, I guess

I’ve had a few rough rides on this, and the frame actually still feels really solid. No cracks, no odd creaks or weird noises so far. I’m really happy with how it’s held up.

I was trying to narrow things down with the filters, but they kept resetting on me, which got frustrating after a while. The checkout process also felt a bit confusing, and I can see other customers running into the same issue if they’re just trying to place an order quickly.

I reached out to Trek support because my Domane had this odd noise going on and the shifting wasn’t quite right. i expected a generic reply, but the person actually seemed to read what I wrote. They gave me a few things to check first and were clear about when it made more sense to have the local shop look at it. Replies were quick too. Nothing fancy, just useful help that got the issue sorted without making me feel like an idiot. Easy 5 stars from me.

At first it took me a few rides to really get used to the feel, but now the shifting feels clean, quick, and really smooth. Even going up hills, the gears change without any fuss, which makes the ride feel a lot less stressful. I just feel more confident on it now...

The bike itself is totally fine, and shipping was OK overall. The annoying part was trying to find the right rack and fenders. A couple parts said they were compatible, but they definitely did NOT fit like I expected. Support did help me sort it out, but it took a little longer than I would’ve liked.

The bike showed up packed really well, and I was relieved that a lot of the parts were already attached. That definitely made things less intimidating. The actual assembly wasn’t terrible, but the instructions had a kind of generic, “you should already know this” feel to them, which made it a little frustrating at times.
I ended up watching the video twice and got everything together in about an hour. It worked out fine, but I wasn’t totally confident at first that everything was adjusted the way it should be. Overall, I’d say it’s decent, but the instructions could be clearer and a bit more beginner-friendly.

I ordered from Electra recently, the packaging was way better than I was expecting. The box itself felt really sturdy, with no dents, smashed spots, or ripped corners, which is always the first thing I check when something like this shows up. Everything inside was packed in really securely too, so nothing was sliding around or clanking together. I didn’t notice any scratches, loose pieces, or anything that looked like it had taken a hit during shipping. It did take me a bit longer than usual to get everything unpacked because there was quite a bit of protective material, but I’d much rather spend a few extra minutes opening it up than deal with damaged parts or the hassle of a return. Overall, I was happy with the whole delivery experience.

The frame itself feels sturdy, which is nice, but I feel a bit misled by the overall quality. Some of the smaller parts feel cheap, and that wasn't really the impression I got before buying it.
